ALIDINA SYSTEMS
POS features for sales, inventory, debtors and reports
The system connects routine work instead of treating each record as an isolated form. Feature availability, user limits and branch limits depend on the selected package.
Professional checkout
Use barcode-ready product search, quantities, discounts, customer selection and multiple payment choices. Print or export receipts while preserving the payment and customer settlement record.
Stock, suppliers and costs
Register products, track quantities, receive purchases, work with suppliers and review stock movement. Batch and expiry tools support businesses that need more detailed product control.
Customers, debts and decisions
Keep customer records, part payments, credit sales, debtor balances, expenses and reports together. Role and branch controls help authorised staff see the workspace appropriate to their responsibilities.
Check the connections between features
A useful feature review follows a complete working day. Receive products from a supplier, check quantities, sell an item, inspect the receipt and record a later customer collection. Owners can then review sales, expenses and stock reports in the business workspace. Ask to see the role and branch settings relevant to your team. A capability list cannot replace checking that the permissions, package capacity and report view suit the people who will actually use the system.
Prepare for a guided demonstration
Bring a representative sale and purchase to the discussion. Ask to see the original record, the related history and the report you will use. Count all users, including the owner, and confirm the branch capacity you need. Preparing names, opening quantities and balances before setup helps keep your first records consistent. Agree onboarding responsibilities and support arrangements directly; a demonstration request does not create an account or book a time automatically.
Match permissions to responsibilities
List which staff sell, receive purchases, collect debts and review reports. Ask how those responsibilities map to the available roles and branch context. Include the owner in the total user count. A second person may need access even if only one counter is active, so do not equate devices with users. Review the chosen package before setting up the team. Reports are useful when entries are consistent: agree how names, product quantities and payment references will be entered so different staff do not record the same event in different ways.
